iLiv provides the All-In™ Service with the intention of enabling successful Projects. Success is defined (as per Carol Sanford's 2011 book, “The Responsible Business”) as being for the benefit of 5 interconnected stakeholders, who each have an interest in the pursuit and outcomes of the Project.
The 5 interconnected stakeholders are:
The All-In™ Service is intended to enable collaboration and the integration of interests of these 5 stakeholders. Each User must contribute in good faith to this collaboration and to the integration of interests of these 5 stakeholders for each Project for which the User has a Project role.
The “All-In™ Service” or “Service” includes iLiv All-In™, iLiv Composer™, and iLiv Performer™, each an online application accessible via User login at the Website, and the related products and services provided by iLiv to Users for their business, professional, or personal use. The All-In™ Service allows a Customer (an individual, company or other legal entity having entered into a Master Services Agreement with iLiv) to invite Users to participate in one or more Projects purchased by that Customer for a specific period (the “Customer Projects”). A “Project” is a data container that has a unique identifier in the All-In™ Service.
A User may be a Free User or a Premium User. A Premium User is a User who has paid Premium Fees to obtain specific Premium Services, while a Free User includes any other User.
