# Getting Started

# If you are just a happy worker who wants to find your work and get it done, start here:

  • Sign up. Use your most appropriate email address to the projects you expect to be involved in. Choose a strong password. Confirm your account using the link in the confirmation email the system sends you.

  • Sign in to Performer. The confirmation link will take you there, or go here: (https://iLiv.com/Performer)

  • Have a look in the Team Pod (Pod 2) for any invitations already sent to you, and accept or decline them.

  • Have a look in the Project Pod (Pod 1) for Projects that you are now on, because you accepted a Role. Click on the Project label to see it in the Time Pod (Pod 3).

  • While in the Time Pod, click at the top on "What's Next For Me" to see all of your responsibilities across all of your Projects, prioritized by urgency.

  • Back in Pod 1, click on your Tutorial Project and run through it. Mark each step Done as you go.

  • Lucky number 7 - you are now an accomplished Performer. Now would be a good time to fill in your profile in the Community Pod (Pod 5) so your colleagues can read all about you.

# If you are likely to be creating Groups in Performer and Process Compositions in Composer, continue here:

  • Sign up and start using Performer, as described above.

  • Go to the Community Pod (Pod 5) to create one or more Groups and invite people to join them.

  • Sign in to Composer and select one of the Groups you have created or are an admin of. Now you can create Group-wide Roles, Attributes, Notes and Documents that capture and organize the institutional knowledge that will drive your future Projects in Performer. And of course, Composer is where you compose your brilliant process compositions.
